New feature for faster surveying and better reports on reuse

Good reports on climate and cost savings from reuse start with good data. At the same time, we know that surveying can be time-consuming, especially when you don't have exact figures for weight, purchase price or CO2. That's why we're now launching a brand new functionality in Loopfront that gives you automatic data suggestions while you're surveying. The result is easier registration, better data quality and more reliable savings reports.

Get suggestions for weight, price and CO2 automatically during surveying

Last year, the new generation of Loopfront was launched, which, among other things, recognizes a similar product that has already been registered in your organization's system when mapping. The image recognition function streamlines the mapping process by automatically filling in information that has previously been registered about the same product. In addition, image recognition has also been used to recognize different product categories and automatically suggest CO2 data for an average of EPDs for this category.

Now we have further developed this technology to provide suggestions for estimated data on weight, purchase price and CO2 equivalents. The suggestions appear directly in the surveying flow, so you don't have to interrupt your work to look for figures elsewhere. This makes it quicker to register objects and easier to ensure that your reports are both complete and consistent.

In addition, you can identify the types of products that offer the greatest savings and prioritize reuse already during surveying.

How automatic data suggestions make for better reports

The figures suggested during surveying form the basis for the savings reports in Loopfront. When objects are moved or ordered for reuse in the platform, the savings are automatically registered in the company's overall reports.

The data not only helps you in the moment of surveying, but also lays the foundation for good analyses of saved waste, costs and emissions over time.

Several data sources for automatic suggestions

Depending on the category, you can choose between different data sources for the suggestions when mapping products:

• EPD data, where available

• Loopfront data, based on aggregated and quality-assured figures from the platform
  

For many categories, both options are available. If you have access to EPDs, you can use these. If not, Loopfront data offers a solid and convenient alternative. You can also enter manual values if you wish.

With automatic data suggestions, the threshold for surveying more, more often and with better quality is lowered. It saves time in everyday life, saves mapping costs and provides a better decision-making basis for management, purchasing and sustainability reporting.
